Scheinberg Orthopedic Group is a board-certified orthopedic practice operated by Dr. Richard Scheinberg, who has more than 30 years of experience treating patients. In addition to private orthopedics practice, Scheinberg Orthopedic Group is currently visiting at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, the Pueblo Surgery Center and Carrillo Surgery Center. Dr. Richard Scheinberg is also founder and principal of The Santa Barbara Stem Cell Clinic as well as a member of both the California Society of Industrial Medici
